1. The subject of the order is the performance of repair activities from the fourth level of maintenance (PU4), together with additional works for 5 rail buses of type 214Mb-Minsk 1 with the numbers:

1) SA135-010 and EVN number 95 51 2 710 057-1,

2) SA135-011 and EVN number 95 51 2 710 058-9,

3) SA135-012 and EVN number 95 51 2 710 059-7,

4) SA135-013 and EVN number 95 51 2 710 060-5,

5) SA135-014 and EVN number 95 51 2 710 061-3.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a list of activities and documentation is included in Annex 6 to the ToR, which is a model contract.

1. The subject of the order is the repair of the fourth level of maintenance of PU4 of 214Mb type SA135 rail buses with numbers 010, 011, 012, 013 and 014 together with additional works necessary to bring the Vehicles to full technical efficiency - in accordance with the Maintenance System Documentation and Technical and Technical Documentation Moving Vehicles.

2. The services referred to in par. 1 are specified in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Agreement.

3. The deadline for the performance of the Services for one Vehicle is 60 Business Days from the day of handing over this Vehicle, however, if one or more additional work is required from among the works listed in Annex 2 to the Agreement, the deadline shall be extended by an additional 7 Business Days.
