Refurbishment of Niederberg Comprehensive School: Interim container

Delivery, assembly, provision and dismantling of the interim container system; the service life is a total of 20 months (1st BA and 7 months 2nd BA.).

The city of Neukirchen-Vluyn is planning to extensively rebuild, renovate and modernize the municipal comprehensive school Niederberg at Tersteegenstraße 85 and 87 in Neukirchen-Vluyn according to current pedagogical ideas.

The service of the contractor (contractor) is the delivery and installation of the modular system with the described equipment (two-storey, 16 classrooms) including the necessary work and assembly planning. The client's services essentially include:

- Obtaining all necessary permits

- Coordination with the approval and acceptance authorities as well as the local suppliers

- Guarantees of access to the installation site and free working areas for heavy-duty vehicles and mobile cranes up to 30 tons according to this site plan, only after prior consultation and on-site visit with the contractor and client

- Production of the load-bearing soil/subsoil for the installation of the container system by the client in accordance with the soil survey.

- Indication of the loads by the AN container.
