Conclusion of a framework agreement with several beneficiaries for maintenance, subsequent purchase and rental of the manufacturer of products of the manufacturer Ivanti, which are already in use by the beneficiaries, by means of EVB-IT transfer, conclusion of an EVB-IT service contract for support services in the Ivanti environment

For many years, both BG ETEM and BGHW have been using products from the manufacturer Ivanti or its predecessor companies LANDESK and HEAT, which have been merged into Ivanti in recent years, as building blocks of their IT infrastructure. Due to topic-related procurement and the number of predecessor companies and products, the existing license and maintenance contracts have different terms.

In addition to the extension of maintenance and rental, an alignment of the term of the existing contracts is to be achieved within the framework of the contract to be concluded in order to simplify future handling for all sides.

As part of the tender, a small number of consulting services in the fields of endpoint, service and mobile device management - related to the products of the manufacturer Ivanti - are also to be offered.
