Cornwall Housing Ltd are looking to appoint a sole provider to deliver a county wide outreach service for rough sleepers.

The Street Outreach Response Team for rough sleepers will work with Cornwall Council, Cornwall Housing and other voluntary and statutory sector agencies to provide routes off the street (whether through re connection or accommodation) for rough sleepers so as to ensure that no rough sleeper newly arriving on the streets of Cornwall has a second night out and no-one is living on the streets in the county.
