In accordance with the invitation to tender, Tuomi Logistics Oy will tender for sutures in the hospital districts of the Pirkanmaa Hospital District's special responsibility area; Kanta-Häme, Pirkanmaa Hospital Districts and Hospital Districts of South Ostrobothnia. The tendering process includes sutures, hemostatics, skin closure hooks and tissue glues. The tendering process does not include tissue support networks or staplers.

The duration of the contract period is 2 years. It is possible to extend the agreement indefinitely. The estimated start date of the agreement is December 2022.

The estimated total value of the procurement has been calculated over five (5) years (VAT 0%), which is broken down by hospital district as follows: Pirkanmaa 40-60%, South Ostrobothnia 25-35% and Kanta-Häme 15-25%.

The customer is not bound by an estimate of the procurement volume for the contract period. Order volumes may vary from year to year. The volume of the acquisition is described in the invitation to tender.

Value Added Service:

The provider has the possibility, as a voluntary option, to provide value-added services related to the area of sutures, haemostatics, skin closure hooks and skin adhesives.

The aim of the value added service is to improve its effectiveness. The aim is to reduce infections in the surgical area, and to reduce wound infections and, for example, to improve patient care, to save time in nursing and to manage material costs. The tenderer is invited to present in its tender a concept to aim for improving effectiveness together with the subscriber if the provider is selected as editor-in-chief of group 1.1 or as a supplier in group 1.2 or 1.3.

The plan shall be such that the results obtained are measurable. The customer makes a decision on the use of the option. The exercise of the option may be decided at any time during the contract period. The more detailed content, objectives and other details of the option will be negotiated before the possible introduction of the option. The offeror may define the additional service offered as an option as a trade secret.

In accordance with the invitation to tender, Tuomi Logistics Oy will tender for sutures in the hospital districts of the Pirkanmaa Hospital District's special responsibility area; Kanta-Häme, Pirkanmaa Hospital Districts and Hospital Districts of South Ostrobothnia.

Part 1 includes subdivisions 1 to 15.

In accordance with the invitation to tender, Tuomi Logistics Oy will tender for skin closures and removers of skin closures in the hospital districts of the Pirkanmaa Hospital District's special responsibility area; Kanta-Häme, Pirkanmaa Hospital Districts and Hospital Districts of South Ostrobothnia.

Part 2 includes subdivisions 16 to 17.

In accordance with the invitation to tender, Tuomi Logistics Oy will tender for tissue adhesives in the hospital districts of the Pirkanmaa Hospital District's special responsibility area; Kanta-Häme, Pirkanmaa Hospital Districts and Hospital Districts of South Ostrobothnia.

Part 3 includes subdivisions 18 to 19.

In accordance with the invitation to tender, Tuomi Logistics Oy will tender the hemostases of the hospital districts of the Pirkanmaa Hospital District's special responsibility area; Kanta-Häme, Pirkanmaa Hospital Districts and Hospital Districts of South Ostrobothnia.

Part 4 includes subdivisions 20 to 32.
