The object of the contract is to award the cleaning and depollution service of the bodies of water of

competence of the Authority of Harbour System of the Strait in the port of Milazzo

The contract has as its object the assignment of the cleaning and depollution service of the water mirrors under the competence of the Port System Authority of the Strait in the port of Milazzo, between the shore docks and the junction between the green light (overwater) and the red light (underwater), consisting in the collection of any floating or semi-submerged waste of any kind, consistency and origin according to the frequency of operation indicated in art. 4, in the possible depollution by hydrocarbons and other oily substances (oil spill), as well as in the transport and delivery of waste collected in recovery and / or disposal plants duly authorized in accordance with current legislation.

Areas granted in concession to private individuals or handed over to other State Administrations are not included.
