This represents the second tranche (Lots 3 and 4) of research equipment being purchased as part of the successful 8 Great Technologies joint bid by Heriot-Watt University and the University of Edinburgh. These contracts cover a high-definition laser imaging, detection and ranging scanner (LIDAR); and an acoustic camera/microphone array system.
