The objective of this tender is to find a suitable service provider for the provision of mobile subscriptions with corresponding SIM cards and optional expansion of the number of subscriptions. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this objective by means of a European tender according to an open procedure, where the 'tender with the lowest price' is the starting point. With this tender, the contracting authority wishes to contract a tenderer who is able to provide the service properly (qualitatively and competitively), in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documents.

The current average expenditure across all locations is approximately € 4,900 per month including VAT.
