Maintenance of the Sandbank Windfarm Steel structures and cable (IAC) with the exception of WTG tower maintenance and the exception of improvements and Repair (Troubleshooting)(overhaul). Respectively optional Maintenance of the Dantysk Windfarm Steel structures with the exception of WTG tower maintenance and the exception of improvements and Repair overhaul).

The contract shall comprise the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance covering inspection, servicing and repairs (Troubleshooting only) for the steel structures and additional electrical and mechanical systems of the Sandbank Offshore Windfarm. The scope of work shall cover the work planning, execution and back-reporting of the conducted maintenance of seventy-two (72) wind turbine generators (WTG) foundations and one jacket structure of the Offshore Substation (OSS).

The Employer decides whether this nonbinding option shall be exercised. The scope basically focusses on the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance above and below water level (LAT). All maintenance works shall be conducted in strict accordance with the applicable national and international legislation, standards and regulations, the requirements of the Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie (BSH) the requirements of the Employers designated certifier respectively the Employer Requirements.
