Construction work for a set of 64 collective housing made up of four cages:

- cage 1: four social housing units organized on an R + 2;

- cage 2: eleven social housing units organized on a R + 4 + duplex;

- cage 3: 19 social housing units organized on a R + 6 + duplex;

- cage 4: 30 social housing units organized on a R + 10 + duplex.

And a parking lot in the basement, two business premises on the ground floor.

Specific certification objectives: Habitat and Environment label profile A, CCR RT2012 - 20%.

Specific work for the construction of buildings: earthwork-shell, waterproofing-roofing, facade coverings, joinery, lining partitions, metalwork-locksmithing, floor and wall coverings, painting-signage, plumbing, heating-ventilation, electricity, elevators. The following are also the responsibility of lot 1: the establishment and management of common site facilities (site panel, common installations and site office, fences, connections, lifting equipment, etc.), management of the pro rata account for the common site expenses, the organization and management of the synthesis unit, the development of the site installation plan based on the ICP of the DCE, the presentation of an organization diagram of the management and waste disposal (SOGED). It will have to make available for all the lots, means of access to the floors which are the subject of the interventions of the companies.

The services of lot 2 relate to landscaping work, on the ground floor and on the roof terrace as part of the operation such as the construction of wooden floors, concrete, fences, furniture, plantations, manufacture of steel tubs, automatic watering. The holder of lot 2 will have to work on the roof as the waterproofing body progresses and integrate his interventions into the general phasing of lot 1.
