This call for tenders concerns the energy efficiency improvement and renovation of a first group of buildings in the financial heritage of the City of Lausanne. It aims to appoint, for the services of studies and realization and by lot, an architect as principal agent, with experience in the technical and energy renovation of inhabited rental buildings, with or without heritage value, as well as a solid experience in the coordination of technical agents and specialists (CVSE engineers, fire safety, etc.).

Regardless of the number of lots to which he has responded, the tenderer may be awarded only a maximum of one lot. The order that prevails for the bid analysis process and for the tenders corresponds to the ascending order of the lot numbers (n°1 to n°5).
