Authorization to call for tenders in the form of the open procedure, pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 122, art. 114 and articles 54 and 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the assignment of a framework agreement for the supply of n. 2 sets of pneumatic system and brake test benches for the CAF MA300 and MB400 series trains, circulating on metro lines A and B-B1 and on the Roma-Lido railway, to be experienced with the system e-procurement.

The total alleged amount of the framework agreement placed on the basis of the tender is EUR 1 202 958.90, excluding VAT, of which 958.90 EUR, as the amount for security charges not subject to a tender decline. The alleged amount of the first application contract subject to a decline is EUR 601 958.90, excluding VAT of which 958.90 EUR, as an amount for security charges not subject to a tendering downward. Pursuant to paragraph 16 of Article 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, the following labor costs were identified: 20 000.00 EUR.
