The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works has a number of buildings that require regular maintenance and upgrades in order to maintain the property' usefulness and value as well as to prevent unnecessary decay. There are currently several alterations being planned.

Competence is necessary within the following disciplines: carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter and bricklayer as major disciplines, but there will also be a use for tinsmith, concrete worker, glazier, ventilation worker, steel worker, woodworker, wallpaperer, surveyor, consultant engineer, architect and site gardener.

The framework agreement shall be for 2+2 years. Parallel contracts will be signed with 3 tenderers. The expected value of the framework agreement over 4 years is approximately 40 000 000 NOK.
