The turnkey contract concerns the purchase, delivery, assembly incl. start-up and commissioning of a complete heat pump system excluding building and exchanger circle with wastewater. The heat pump system is based on treated wastewater. The heat output of the heat pump system is approximately 6000 kW at a wastewater temperature of 8°C and a district heating temperature of 75 degrees. The heat pump system must be based on a natural coolant. Total turnkey contract must be CE marked before delivery.

The turnkey contract generally includes the following works:

• Supply, installation of heat pumps

• Rørarbejde

• Circulations and distribution pumps

• Pressure hold and filters

• Other components

• Elinstallation and transformeranlæg

• Control and regulation of heat pumps and the overall heat pump system

• Club agent detection and alarm

• Emergency and normal ventilation

• Commissioning and training of the client's employees

• Grace and warranty test

• Permits for the installation and operation of the heat pump system
