Supply of electricity for the needs of PPE (lighting of streets, squares and public roads) towards which the status of final customers (understood in accordance with Article 3 point 13a of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law) are held by entities associated within a purchasing group created on the basis of powers of attorney granted to the Lubin Municipality.

1.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of PPE (lighting of streets, squares and public roads) towards which the status of final customers (understood in accordance with Article 3 point 13a of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law) are held by entities associated within a purchasing group created on the basis of powers of attorney granted to the Lubin Municipality. Amount of PPE – 6 204 pcs., Estimated volume of electricity consumption: 68 656 617 kWh.

1.2 A detailed list of customers together with the specification of their location, connection capacity and a specific tariff for energy together with a list of the number of meters is set out in the Annex to the SWZ.
