The public waste collection (residual waste, organic waste, waste paper) in the district area is carried out by third parties during the agreement period for the service advertised here. An integral part of the removal contracts is a container change service to be carried out on an ongoing basis, within the framework of which new deliveries are to be made. These containers are to be provided by the district of Rottweil. With this invitation to tender, the administrative district of Rottweil aims to conclude a framework agreement on the supply of the required containers.

The tendered overall service is awarded in one lot and essentially consists of the following individual services:

• Delivery of 60 l, 120 l, 240 l and 1,100 l containers for the container-based collection of residual waste, organic waste and waste paper (incl. provision and assembly of transponders for residual waste and biowaste containers) in the period from 01.05.2023 to 30.04.2025 (with possibility of extension by another year until max. 30.04.2026).

• Delivery is made in partial batches (approx. seven partial deliveries per contract year) to the delivery point specified by the customer in the district area.

• The expected order quantity amounts to a total of approx. 10,500 (but max. 12,600) containers for the entire term of the agreement (including extension option).
