The subject of the Order is the provision of design services to the Contracting Authority in the scope of developing a complete Project Documentation along with obtaining the necessary consents, decisions, permits, including a building permit, performing author's supervision and providing technical consulting services for the Project entitled: "Construction of a substitute groundwater intake with a water treatment plant as part of the reconstruction of the existing water supply network in the municipality of Teresin".

The basic scope of the implementation of the subject of the Order includes:

1) Construction of a well borehole for a replacement intake together with Hydrogeological Documentation determining groundwater exploitation resources;

2) Development of multi-branch Design Documentation for the construction of a replacement water treatment plant with a well casing and the construction and demolition of the water supply network colliding with the STH area along with the required arrangements and administrative decisions;

3) Performing author's supervision;

4) Provision of technical consulting services.

The detailed scope of the subject of the Order has been included in the OPZ. The method of execution of the Order was included in the Draft Agreement.
