The subject of the contract is the delivery of 4 pieces of brand new electric buses 12 m along with the purchase and installation of charging points: 4 40 kW chargers and 4 120 kW chargers with accompanying infrastructure

1. Delivery of 4 pieces of brand new electric buses with a length of 12 m -/+ 2% (hereinafter referred to as "Buses"),

a) the Delivered Buses must be of one make and type, identical in terms of design, technical parameters, picking and equipment,

b) The Contractor is obliged to deliver brand new Buses, manufactured in 2023 with a mileage of not more than 1000 km,

c) The Contractor declares that the delivered Buses will have valid as at the date of delivery homologation, certificates and attestations, in accordance with applicable regulations, enabling their registration in the Republic of Poland,

d) The Contractor declares that the technical and operational parameters and the quality of the delivered Buses, assemblies (subassemblies) correspond to the applicable general and specific regulations and meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party,

e) the Contractor may not make changes to the design of the offered Buses without the written consent of the Ordering Party,

f) activities related to the registration of Buses will be carried out by the Ordering Party at its own expense. If, however, on the basis of the documents provided by the Contractor, the registration and admission of Buses to traffic is refused, all costs related to the adaptation of Buses to Polish standards and requirements in accordance with Polish type-approval regulations, European Union type-approval regulations and the Road Traffic Act in force in the Republic of Poland shall be borne by the Contractor. The inability to register buses for reasons attributable to the Contractor is the basis for considering that the Subject of the Order was not completed on time,

g) The contracting authority requires that in the supply in question the share of goods originating in the Member States of the European Union or countries with which the European Community has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs exceeds 50%. The Contracting Authority shall reject an offer that does not meet this requirement;

2. delivery and assembly of 4 40 kW chargers and 4 120 kW chargers with accompanying infrastructure in the following localities:

a) Wacyn – 4 pcs. – 40 kW,

b) Dąbrówka Nagórna – 1 pc. – 120 kW,

c) Zakrzewska Wola -1 pc. – 120 kW,

d) Jaszowice – Cologne – 1 pc. – 120 kW,

e) Shrub – 1 pc. – 120 kW.

The agreements concluded between the Ordering Party and the energy distributor constitute Annex 2b to the OPZ, assembly, connection and commissioning of chargers, as well as as as-built geodetic inventory. A sketch of the end loops together with the location of the charging points is included in Appendix 2b to the OPZ. The connection point to the power grid specified by PGE Dystrybucja is indicated in Annex 2c to the OPZ.

3.Each bus is to be equipped with a device (ticket machine) along with a ticketing system. Detailed records are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
