The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents and residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated in the scope of:
-real estate, which in part is an inhabited property, and in part a property on which residents do not live (so-called mixed real estate);
- real estate on which family allotment gardens are run, within the meaning of the Act on family allotment gardens and real estate on which public kindergartens and public schools are run, within the meaning of the provisions of the education law, crèches or children's clubs established by local government units;
located in the municipality-city of Grudziądz and their transport to the Waste Management Plant in Zakurzewo (Municipality of Grudziądz) belonging to MWiO Sp. z o.o. within the deadlines specified in the contract template and under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the contract "OPZ".
Sector No IThe area of sectors (parts) is specified in the resolution No. XXVII/105/12 of the City Council of Grudziądz of 26.09.2012 on the division of the commune-city area of Grudziądz into sectors in order to organize the collection of municipal waste from property owners.
The Contractor will receive the following types of municipal waste:
-unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01),
-biodegradable municipal waste, including kitchen waste and green waste from gardens and parks (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01),
-plastics, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging and multi-aerial packaging (code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 20 01 40, 15 01 04, 15 01 05),
glass and glass packaging (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),
-paper and paperboard and packaging of paper and cardboard (code 20 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01).
The maximum amount of municipal waste to be collected and transported to the place of management during the entire contract period is – 3 757 Mg.
The minimum amount of municipal waste to be collected and transported to the place of management during the entire contract period, for which the Contractor is entitled to remuneration, is – 2 630 Mg.

The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, during the term of this contract, meets the requirements specified for the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of this task contained in Article 35 paragraph 2 point 2, Article 36a, Article 68 paragraph 3 and Article 68a in conjunction with Article 68b point 3 letter d) of the Act of 11.01.2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels and possible changes thereto.
The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractors submitting the bid to lodge a bid bond before the deadline for submitting tenders in the total amount of PLN 429000 (four hundred twenty-nine thousand PLN).
A contractor who submits a bid for two or more tasks is obliged to pay a security in the amount of the sum of these bid bonds.
Amount of the deposit for Lot No. 1–50000 PLN
The bid bond paid in money shall be paid by the Contractor by bank transfer to the bank account of the Contracting Authority - Bank PKO BP SA number 31 1020 5040 0000 6902 0085 9652. The Ordering Party's recognition that the deposit in money has been paid within the required time shall be determined by the date and time of receipt of funds on the Ordering Party's account.
