This consultation is a framework agreement on the acquisition of equipment and provision of telephony and internet services from an operator for the City of Thoiry (hereinafter "the community" or "the contracting authority"). It includes the supply, delivery and associated services of such supplies.

The framework agreement consists of two lots:

Lot 01 - Internet access solutions, inter-site networks and fixed telephony

lot 02 - mobile telephony

Lot 1 concerns the provision of Internet access solutions, inter-site networks and fixed telephony

Lot 2 concerns the provision of a mobile telephony solution with the purchase of mobile phones and related accessories
