The Bømkontoret Danmark is a general management company, the association aims to act as administrator and consultant to the association's members, constituted by general housing associations with general housing associations as well as self-owning institutions. On behalf of the members of the association, a framework agreement on comprehensive consultancy on renovation and new construction is offered. The tendered framework agreement is divided into 2 sub-agreements based on a geographical boundary:
Partial agreement 1: East (Zealand) - Framework Agreement Total Advice/Eastern
Partial agreement 2: West (Jutland and Funen) - Framework Agreement Total Advice/West
Prior to the initiation of the tender, Housing Office Denmark has obtained the consent of the 59 members participating in the tender and party to the Framework Agreement. Annex 1 to Framework Agreement contains a Membership Statement distributed by Partial Agreement 1 (41) and Partial Agreement 2 (18).
For Partial Agreement 1: East (Zealand) is hereby concluded 5 paralle framework agreements, and in the case of Partial Agreement 2: West (Jutland and Funen), parallel framework agreements are agreed.
Framework Agreement Total Advisory/EasternThis sub-agreement relates to a framework agreement on comprehensive consultancy for the implementation of construction projects in which the builder is housing companies located in East Denmark (Zealand), as set out in Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement aims to describe the overall framework for comprehensive consultancy on renovation and new construction. The purpose of the overall advisory is to ensure, inter alia, that the project is carried out with the agreed outcome and total economy to the agreed time.
The Framework Agreement is not exclusive, therefore, a minimum turnover is not guaranteed under the Framework Agreement.
When a housing company wishes to make purchases under the framework agreement, this is done by the granting of a concrete order with the housing company as an individual contracting party. Order award is carried out by the holding of a mini-tender where competition is reopened among the framework agreement's advisers. Minimum tenders shall be carried out in accordance with Annex 6 of the Framework Agreement: Mini tenders Roadmap including a MI Letter of Tender and on the conclusion of a note of agreement in accordance with Annex 7 of the Framework Agreement: Deal note.
Ad. (II.1.5) and II.2.6;
The estimated value of the Framework Agreement/Partial Agreement expresses the most qualified and transparent estimate of the total value of the Framework Agreement/Partial Agreement at the time of tender.
It is assessed by the contracting that the highest possible turnover on sub-agreement 1: East (Zealand), which is not clearly unlikely, corresponds to a total maximum value of DKK 193.75 million excluding VAT equivalent to 241,875 million incl VAT.
Framework Agreement Total Advice/WestThis sub-agreement relates to a framework agreement on comprehensive consultancy for the implementation of construction projects in which the builder is housing companies located in Western Denmark (Jutland and Funen), as set out in Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement aims to describe the overall framework for comprehensive consultancy on renovation and new construction. The purpose of the overall advisory is to ensure, inter alia, that the project is carried out with the agreed outcome and total economy to the agreed time.
