Description:
Execution, delivery and assembly of comprehensive equipment for rooms in buildings at 21 Syrokomli Street in Krakow for the needs of the Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty of Architecture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow

1.The subject of this contract is the execution, delivery and assembly of comprehensive equipment for rooms in buildings (main building and outbuilding building) at 21 Syrokomli Street in Krakow for the needs of the Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty of Interior Design of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, implemented as part of the investment: "Reconstruction and modernization of the building at 21 Syrokomli Street - the former Industrial School for Girls - in order to adapt to the needs of the Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty Interior Architecture of the Academy of Fine Arts", with the division of the order into 4 parts. 2. The subject of the contract includes execution, delivery, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party as well as assembly and setting of furniture / devices. 3.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1, No. 1A and No. 1B to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" for individual parts of the contract.

Part No. 1: Delivery and assembly of finished furniture.

Part No. 1: Delivery and assembly of finished furniture.

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1, No. 1A and No. 1B to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract" for individual parts of the contract (for lots No. 1, 2, 3, 4). A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:

a) furniture list for parts No. 1, 2, 3, 4 - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ,

b) product cards for parts 1, 2, 3, 4 - Annex 1A to SWZ,

c) technical specification of products - Annex 1B to SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract includes execution, delivery, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party as well as assembly and setting of furniture / equipment. Assembly should be understood as complete preparation of furniture / devices for use, i.e. assembly, twisting, setting, leveling of all elements included in the subject of the contract.

3. The offered furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production not earlier than 2022), free from physical and legal defects, be made of materials approved for marketing (wood, furniture boards, brackets, upholstery fabrics, fillings, fittings and others), common use and use and must have safety certificates, hygienic certificates and quality certificates required by law.

4. The required warranty period for the subject of the contract is a minimum of 24 months.

5. Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, if the Ordering Party provides in the SWZ or attachments to the SWZ, the names of materials or trademarks, the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent products, but with technical and quality parameters not worse than those indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Annexes No. 1 and 1A to the SWZ.
