This tender for online services consists of two lots. Lot 1 front end and Lot 2 back end. The aim of this tender is to select a maximum of five suppliers per lot who may submit a quotation in the award phase. Award is made for each lot to a supplier. The aim of this tender is to replace the existing outdated technology behind the websites, to realize the product vision and brand strategy of Vilans in the next four years.

The front-end is the presentation layer that provides direct interaction with the end user / target group. In the front-end, Vilans distinguishes the following types of websites, each of which has its own characteristics: campaign websites, knowledge squares and portals.

The back-end is Vilans' knowledge treasury. This is where knowledge is unlocked, managed and maintained. The back-end consists of providing content management, document management, an API gateway, Identity and access management and customer management via a SAAS solution.
