The buyer buys up to 8212 (eight thousand two hundred and twelve) tons of diesel fuel for road transport, without biocomponents. The Buyer undertakes to purchase the entire quantity of the Goods if its value does not exceed the state budget appropriations allocated to the Buyer. The Supplier must offer the full volume of the Purchased Goods. The actual quantity purchased may be up to 0.7% lower. The Supplier may offer to purchase goods of another class, which are produced during the purchase period, but within a period of 1 year will have to replace them with Goods that meet the requirements of Class C at his own expense.
