The contract tendered relates to assistance to secretariat tasks and project management of “The Day of Research”, which is a nationwide science festival that takes place every year in week 17. The festival hall has approximately 700 events and lectures and more than 70 000 visitors.

The contracting entity is the programme manager of the annual festival “Research 24” and carries out the overall project management of the festival hall. Contracting entities wish to purchase assistance for secretarial tasks and project management of the festival hall.

1) Secretariat assistance to order a research scheme

2) Editorial assistance for event descriptions and organizer profiles on force.dk

3) Professional treatment of applications for pool products

4) Event to award the Research Communication Prize

5) School/Kindergarten Programme and Event Development

6) School/Kindergarten Program relaunch

7) Overall cooperation with contracting entities.
