The Council and Middlesbrough College (the Partners) are wishing to appoint a Developer who will share in its ambition and commitment to deliver successful and sustainable housing-led regeneration of the Brackenhoe East Prissick site, Middlesbrough.

A total of 8.96 hectares at Brackenhoe East Prissick Site is included in the proposal, which is being offered by the Partners for development over a 10 — 15 year period commencing in 2018.
