The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2024 - up to 2,085 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/-10%)
20,935.30 MWh, of which:
1) For premises and facilities - year 2023 - Part 1 of the contract - 7 358.47 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ
2) For the needs of road lighting - year 2023 - Part 2 of the contract - 3 764.46 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b of the SWZ
3) For premises and facilities - year 2024 - Part 3 of the order - 6 197.64 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c to the SWZ
4) For the needs of road lighting - year 2024 - Part 4 of the contract - 3 614.73 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1d of the SWZ.
The above-mentioned forecasted electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting authorities (customers)
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities - year 20231. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 963 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 7 358.47 MWh, of which:
Zone I 5 010,81 MWh
Zone II 2 145,66 MWh
Strefa III 202,00 MWh
The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 Details of the delivery times for each collection point are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
Supply of electricity for road lighting - 20231. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 122 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 3 764,46 MWh, of which:
Zone I 2 824,22 MWh
Zone II 940.24 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 Details of the delivery dates (start and end) for each collection point are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'Delivery period'). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities - year 20241. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 767 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 6 197.64MWh, of which:
Zone I 4 200,89 MWh
Zone II 1 996,75 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024 Details of the delivery times for each collection point are described in Annex 1c to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. Contracts for the supply of electricity shall expire with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of supply (column 'Delivery period'). For all PPE, the change of seller will take place once again.
Supply of electricity for road lighting - 20241. Number of measuring systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 122 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the collection points (PPE) has been included by the contracting authority in Appendix No. 1d to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 3 614,73 MWh, of which:
Zone I 2 766,82 MWh
Zone II 847.91 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024 Details of the delivery dates (start and end) for each collection point are described in Annex 1d to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
