A 4-storey mixed use development (39 No apartments and 2 No commercial units) over basement car parking, i.e. 9 No 1 bed apartments (61,88 m2 each), 24 No 2 bed apartments (80,58 m2 - 84,67 m2), 6 No 3 bed apartments (106,08 m2 each), 1 No Commercial Unit (28,84 m2), 1 No Commercial Unit (73,09 m2), new single storey ESB substation and switch room (20 m2), bin stores, new pedestrian/vehicular access road from Richmond Road at the north-west end of the site and access ramp to the basement car park including 32 No car parking spaces (including 3 No disabled accessible spaces), 3 No motor bike spaces, 40 No bicycle spaces, bulk storage areas and cleaners store, new hard and soft landscaping to the front (Richmond Road) and rear (River Tolka) of the proposed development enclosed by 1,8 m high double/single metal gates and railings on plinth walls, and all associated site development works.
