The subject of the contract is: ,,Design and implementation of construction works related to the modernization / reconstruction of 3 pcs. sewage pumping station located at the streets: Trzcińska, Ziołowa, Gajowa I in Skierniewice", in the following industries: - construction and construction along with land development, - technological, - electrical with automation, in accordance with the requirements of the Functional and Utility Program hereinafter referred to as [PFU], including for part II. I-IV with the changes set out in point 3) below: 1) PREPARATION OF THE CONTRACTOR'S DOCUMENTS in accordance with the PFU requirements, 2) MODERNIZATION / RECONSTRUCTION 12 PCS. SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF SKIERNIEWICE ALONG WITH THE DESIGN, RECONSTRUCTION OF SECTIONS OF THE SEWAGE NETWORK, POWER CABLES AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PUMPING STATION AREA INTO THE COMPOSITION OF for part II. I: 1. Repair of the pumping station tank - if applicable, 2. Dismantling of technological equipment (pumps, fittings, etc.), electrical (drives of rinsing valves, measuring probes, etc.), power and control cabinets and their equipment (dismantling devices handed over to the Ordering Party), 3. Technological equipment of the pumping station, including pumps, fittings and other equipment in accordance with the Technical Conditions contained in the PFU - if applicable, 4. Fencing of the pumping station area, 5. Power supply and pumping station control, 6. Installation of the network parameter analyzer, 7. Installation and configuration of GSM communication modem, 8. Installation of video monitoring – if applicable, 9. Electrical installation and I&C systems, 10. Installation of control cabinets with equipment and foundations for control cabinets – if applicable, 11. Assembly and configuration of pumping station components, 12. Equalization connections, 13. Visualization of work (HMI panel at the pumping station, visualization of work in the SCADA system at the Ordering Party's headquarters), 14. External lighting of the pumping station area (LED lamp) – if applicable, 15. Pumping station tank lighting, 16. Replacement of tank manholes – if applicable; 17. Raising the tank hatch – if applicable; 18. Execution and assembly of information plates and signage; 19. Execution of warning posts from PEHD in front of and after the pumping station – if applicable; 20.
