Archive storage system for GoBD-compliant archiving of documents with a connection to SAP S / 4HANA.

Short description of the service:

The aim of the present call for tenders is to procure a powerful archive storage system in order to electronically archive documents in compliance with GoBD standards, permanently and audit-proof. In addition, the contractor (AN) must participate in the commissioning and the necessary adjustments to the ARD-specific construction and operational organizational conditions in a professional manner by designing and implementing (installation and customizing) as follows.

The services to be provided include:

- the supply of German-language, OAIS and GoBD-compliant software for permanent electronic archiving,

- conception of the system infrastructure for the archive storage solution,

- adjustments / customizing according to the project specifications,

- maintenance and support (the running time for the software maintenance and support services is 5 years, starting with the productive start),

- training,

- Services for data migration services for conceptual consulting services.
