Framework agreement executed by issuing purchase orders, processed at unit prices and flat rates. The benefits are initially divided into ten lots. A first consultation was conducted in February/March 2021. Only lots 1 (light vehicles), 4 (Packmat compactors), 8 (other gear) and 9 (hydraulic hoses) were awarded; the remainders were found to be unsuccessful and are relaunched as part of this consultation. The market does not include a minimum or maximum threshold, as needs are variable and therefore difficult to quantify. The contract will begin with the notification of the contract and will end on 14.5.2022. It shall be renewed for a maximum of three times for identical periods of one year, then a final period up to the anniversary date of the four years.
