The purpose of the tender is, for the municipality of Hilversum and the municipality of Wijdemeren jointly, to conclude one (1) Agreement per Lot with a Contractor for the purchase, implementation and maintenance of applications for the execution of the tax process and the object management of the BAG and the BGT. It is important that both municipalities use one (1) application per Plot, so that a good interpretation can be given to the hosting. For all Plots, the application is made available as a cloud service.

The final goal is an implemented Tax Application per Plot and set up for the municipality of Hilversum and the municipality of Wijdemeren, which has been operationally accepted by the Client as of October 1, 2024, based on the objectives below. The object management applications of the BAG and the BGT must be implemented and accepted before 1 January 2025.

The total registration fee may not be lower than € 1,026,800.00 and not higher than

€ 2.059.400,00. Registrations that do not comply are invalid and will not be evaluated.

The total registration fee may not be lower than € 531,800.00 and not higher than € 1,004,400.00. Registrations that do not comply are invalid and will not be evaluated.

The total registration fee may not be lower than € 396,800.00 and not higher than € 794,400.00. Registrations that do not comply are invalid and will not be evaluated.
