Open procedure pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the assignment of technical and economic feasibility design services, executive design and safety coordination services during the design phase, to be drawn up and returned in BIM mode and in application of the Minimum Environmental Criteria referred to in Ministerial Decree 23 June 2022 and subsequent amendments, as well as the optional task of safety coordination during the execution phase, aimed at coordinated interventions of extraordinary maintenance, conservative restoration, seismic adaptation and energy efficiency, restructuring and re-functionalization of the property located in Rome, Via Barberini n. 38, headquarters of the Directorate General of the Agenzia del Demanio – asset sheet RMB0507

It is expected to award a main and an optional contract, composed as follows:

• services covered by the main contract: Technical and Economic Feasibility Design, Executive Design and Safety Coordination during the design phase;

• services covered by the optional contract: Coordination for security during execution.
