The construction project comprises the construction, pre-construction and construction of the streets of the Sula workplace area 3, located in the area of the municipality of Tuusula (Hyrylä), as well as the construction of municipal infrastructure. In addition, a main wastewater sewer will be built south of the eastern highway of Tuusula.

The project comprises the construction of the new streets in Sula area 3 Sulankaari P.O. Box 520 - 1200, Sulanpolku, Sulantie, Sulanpää, Louhostie and stormwater pools. The streets are bordered by Fallbackantie and Tuusula's eastern highway.

The area is located near Tuusulanväylä (kt 45).

The construction contract includes the construction of the streets of the Sula workplace area 3, pre-construction and the construction of municipal engineering to be fully completed. In addition, a main wastewater sewer will be built south of the eastern highway of Tuusula.
