Description:
definition and declaration of the system of damming the Vistre and Rhôny dikes in Cailar

Before initiating the process of requesting initial authorization for the Vistre and Rhôny du Cailar damming system, it will be necessary to carry out all the necessary studies in order to understand the interest and operation of each of all the structures. Then to declare the Cailar damming system under section 3.2.6.0 of the Water Law nomenclature. If technical studies have proven that certain structures are not necessary for flood protection, a mission will lead to a cessation of activity with possible neutralization of the structures concerned. Indeed, given the questions regarding the effective role of all these works, the contract takes the form of a "composite" contract corresponding partly to an ordinary contract and partly to a framework agreement with purchase orders. For the purchase order part, it is a single-awarding framework agreement concluded with a maximum: 210,000 euro (s) (excl. tax).

the ordinary contract (lump sum part) corresponds to the definition and declaration of the containment system itself, and includes the following phases:-Phase 1: Realization of the technical studies-phase 2: Realization of the Hazards study-Phase 3: Development of the operational management agreement(s) of the containment system-phase 4: Constitution of the initial authorization application file-phase 5: Follow-up of the examination of the application for authorization file initial. The framework agreement with purchase orders includes missions that can be ordered during phases 1 and 2 (given the questions about the effective role of all works). These missions will be ordered according to the number of sections concerned:-Realization of plot plan during technical studies; -Definition of topographical needs;-Management and validation of complementary structural studies. The framework purchase order agreement also allows for the ordering of the following missions 6 and 7. If, at the end of Phase 1, it is decided by the Gemapian that certain classified works should not be integrated into the system because they do not offer flood protection, mission no. 6 will make it possible to decommission the works concerned. This mission consists of the following 4 steps:-Step 1: accompaniment of the Gemapian in the announcement of his decision-step no. 2: realization of the decommissioning and decommissioning procedures-step no. 3: drafting of the file of cessation of activity of the work-step no. 4: follow-up of the investigation of the files of abandonment of work with the instructor services. Mission No. 7 may be undertaken in the event that it is necessary to carry out neutralization studies of a structure. This mission will have the following objectives:-The realization of the neutralization studies of the work-the drafting of the complements to the file of cessation of activity including the neutralization of the work
