The municipality provides a functional description of the desired building and challenges all tenderers to offer a suitable solution in compliance with all legal standards. Basically, the building to be realized is a place where students and employees are for a continuous period for a large part of the day. The pupils must be able to enjoy a good education and the environment must not have a negative influence on this. Each tenderer shall be required to make a description of the building being offered.
