The Berufsbildende Schule Technik (BBS Technik) at the Lankumer Feldweg site in Cloppenburg is one of three vocational schools in the district of Cloppenburg. The district of Cloppenburg (hereinafter also referred to as the "client") intends to demolish and replace building sections A and G (usable area approx. 7,000 m²) of BBS Technik at the Lankumer Feldweg site.

At the same time, the business-oriented project "Lebensmittel-Technikum" (LMT) (usable area 1,200 m²) is to be rebuilt on the BBS Technik site.
