Rehabilitation of 319 housing units in the Flanders and Provence district of Rennes

The main objectives of this operation are:

Energy and environmental renovation;

Architectural treatment of the building in accordance with the expectations of Rennes Métropole (see note in the appendix of G&J);

Improving the attractiveness of housing;

Treatment of technical pathologies;

Renovation of secondary heating and domestic hot water installations;

Intervention on an occupied site with asbestos problems (a participatory approach is being carried out in conjunction with the Urban Factor).
