1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity to the indicated locations on the premises of the Company's four plants. The scope of the contract includes 233 electricity consumption points, including: Headquarters and Central Plant - 73 points, Northern Plant - 52 points for a period of 24 months and 1 point for a period of 3 months (with a possible extension), Western Plant - 35 points , Southern Plant - 72 points.

2. The subject of the order has been divided into 4 separate parts. Individual parts include the following locations:

a) Part No. 1 - electricity supply to the indicated locations on the premises of the Head Office and Central Plant,

b) Part No. 2 - electricity supply to the indicated locations on the premises of the Northern Plant,

c) Part 3 - supply of electricity to the indicated locations on the premises of the Western Plant,

d) Part No. 4 - electricity supply to the indicated locations on the premises of the Southern Plant.

Supply of electricity to designated locations on the premises of the Headquarters and the Central Plant - the scope of the contract includes 73 electricity consumption points. The total estimated volume of energy consumption over a 2-year period will be: - 17 018 700 [kWh]

Supply of electricity to designated locations within the Northern Plant - the subject of the contract includes 52 electricity consumption points for a period of 24 months and 1 point for a period of 3 months (with possible extension). The total estimated volume of energy consumption over a 2-year period will be: - 9 946 870 [kWh]

Supply of electricity to the indicated locations on the premises of Zakład Zachodni - the scope of the contract includes 35 electricity consumption points. The total estimated volume of energy consumption over a 2-year period will be: - 3 139 800 [kWh]

Supply of electricity to indicated locations on the premises of the Southern Plant - the scope of the contract includes 72 electricity consumption points. The total estimated volume of energy consumption over a 2-year period will be: - 5,843,712 [kWh]
