Focus Housing Association invites expressions of interest from economic operators for appointment to a Framework Agreement for the provision of Design and Build residential projects. This first stage of the competition invites requests to participate and submissions of qualifications from suitable contractors, their design teams and specialists. The eight highest scoring applicants will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage (Stage 2) which will be a restricted tender competition to establish the Framework Agreement with a minimum of three and maximum of six members. The Framework will be established on foot of an Initial Contract for design and construction of 95no Residential Dwellings and Siteworks at Dominican Convent Campus, Ratoath Road, Cabra West, Dublin 7. The units are housed in 5no 3 Storey Blocks. The total Gross Internal Floor Area is 8697square metres and the Site Area is 2.05 hectares.
