The wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland requests your partly index-linked fixed overall contract offer for the building automation contract for the new Salo Hospital building. The contract includes control and monitoring equipment work for the site as well as a five-year building automation maintenance price in accordance with the invitation to tender and the documents attached to it, including all work fully completed.

The project will place the current separate units of specialised medical care and primary health care in one building. The aim is to build functional facilities for Salo Hospital that support modern medical processes and promote the integration of health and social services. The construction contract is divided into two contract phases. Contract phase 1 includes the construction of section F with yard areas and geothermal heat work, necessary preliminary work, and demolition of parts K and A. Contract phase 2 includes the construction of part D, the demolition of sections L and M, and the completion of the yard area. The gross floor area of the project is 15,042 m² and the volume is approximately 66,444 m3. Including new buildings, renovation of old premises 1,636 m² and other technical facilities 137 m².
