The competition is for the leasing of 3 new refuse collection vehicles. The procurement is split into 2 parts with separate requirement specifications:

Part A: we would like tenders for 2 side loading refuse collection vehicles with a maximum length of 699 cm, short axle distance and minimum 280 hp engine. The part includes part exchange;

Part B: we would like tenders for a back loading refuse collection vehicle with a crane and flushing possibilities. Length approx. 9 m, minimum 350 hp engine and a crane with a minimum lifting capacity of 1 800 kg at 6 m. This will be used for emptying buried container systems in addition to being used as an ordinary vehicle for refuse collection.

We are open to tenderers coming with good technical systems here, which can function well, particularly as regards weight distribution and as a vehicle in practical use. We would like tenderers to refer to similar set-ups. The procurement must include a service and repair contract for 6 years and leasing in the same period. The procurement's value is calculated to be above the EEA threshold. The value is an estimate that is calculated from the vehicle's estimated procurement price. See Annexes 1A and 1B, the requirement specifications, for further information. The Contracting Authority would like quick delivery and proximity to service. The procurement will be regulated in a contract, with the accompanying standard contract terms. The contract will be signed as soon as possible with an agreed delivery date that is in accordance with the submitted tender.
