the purpose of this framework agreement is to implement a booking solution for rail tickets, air tickets and accommodation services for the staff and staff of the anr on mission, the members of the committees and the persons supported by the ANR. It consists of three lots: Lot No. 1: Rail Transportation; Lot 2: Air transport; Lot #3: Accommodation. It is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, renewable 3 times. It is concluded at unit prices and is executed as and when purchase orders are issued, on the basis of the prices set out in the financial annex of the lot in question. The Framework Agreement is concluded without commitment on the minimum amount and with commitment on the maximum amount set at 11,500,000 euro(s) HT (all lots combined) and, per lot, at 3,000,000 euro(s) HT for lot 1, at 4,000,000 euros HT for lot 2, and at 4,500,000 euros HT for lot 3

the services expected of the Holder of lot No. 1 are as follows:- the negotiation, reservation, issuance and delivery of rail transport tickets (including berths and sleeping cars), by any transport company of the national or European network, for national and European trips, their cancellation or modification if necessary,- the additional service to purchase orders, according to the needs of the ANR: travel insurance - payment by carriers or services possibly associated with the use of a travel/lodged card. All expenses incurred by the reservation and purchase of tickets can indeed be paid by card housed. - a presentation and analysis at regular intervals of the orders made (statistics and reports)

the services expected of the Holder of lot no. 2 are as follows:- the negotiation, reservation, issuance and delivery of air transport tickets by any transport company of the national or international network, for national and international travel, their cancellation or modification if necessary,- additional services with purchase orders:- the payment of carriers or the services possibly associated with the use of a travel /lodged card. All expenses incurred by the reservation and purchase of tickets can indeed be paid by card housed. - a presentation and analysis at regular intervals of the orders made (statistics and reports)

the services expected of the Holder of lot no. 3 are as follows:- the negotiation, reservation, issuance and delivery of vouchers for booking nights, for national and international travel, their cancellation or modification if necessary, - the payment of hoteliers or the services possibly associated with the use of a lodged card. The expenses incurred by the reservation and purchase of the nights can be paid by card housed.- A presentation and annual analysis at regular intervals of the orders made (statistics and reports)
