Development of the architectural concept and multi-branch design and cost documentation, together with author's supervision for the investment task: Construction of the building of the District Court in Przysucha and District Prosecutor's Office in Przysucha at ul. 11 November, on plots no. 476/2, 476/3 and 476/4

1) Stage I - preparation of two versions of the joint architectural and spatial concept of buildings: the building belonging to the Court and the building belonging to the Prosecutor's Office and preparation of geotechnical documentation, with the Employer and the Prosecutor's Office choosing two common concepts, 2) Stage II - preparation of a complete set of documentation design and cost estimate for the building of the Court and the building of the Prosecutor's Office, based on the approved joint architectural and spatial concept for the building of the Court and the building of the Prosecutor's Office in Przysucha, 3) Stage III - consists of author supervision over the implementation of the building of the District Court and District Prosecutor's Office in Przysucha.

As part of the subject of the contract:

Common area for the building of the District Court in Przysucha and the building of the District Prosecutor's Office in Przysucha

1) geotechnical documentation and two common architectural and spatial concepts of buildings: a building belonging to the District Court and a building belonging to the District Prosecutor's Office of uniform architectural form. The buildings will touch separate walls separated by expansion joints, in which a direct passage between the units secured by access control will be made on the first floor, provided that the passage is to be in a restricted access zone. From among the two joint concepts, one joint concept will be chosen by the District Court and the District Prosecutor's Office in Radom together with the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutor's Office, based on which the documentation referred to in point 2 will be implemented.

For the building of the District Court in Przysucha

2) a separate set of project-estimate documentation: for the construction of the District Court building with an area of about 2,143 m 2 (the given area of the planned building results from the functional and utility program for the District Court and does not include service, technical rooms and sanitary facilities necessary for the functioning of the building, specified in technical conditions and other regulations, and which the Contractor must design under this contract) based on the approved architectural and spatial concept chosen jointly for the District Court and the District Prosecutor's Office from two concepts referred to in item 1). The prepared design and cost documentation must enable independent implementation and separate financing by the Court of the District Court building and the Prosecutor's Office of the District Prosecutor's Office building. Therefore, it is required to obtain two independent decisions on the building permit or one building permit decision, which will allow the acceptance of buildings in stages and independent admission of buildings for use.

3) author's supervision over the construction of the District Court building in Przysucha based on the documentation referred to in item 2).

For the building of the District Prosecutor's Office in Przysucha

2) a separate set of project-estimate documentation: for the construction of the District Prosecutor's Office building with an area of about 650 m 2 (the given area of the planned building results from the functional and utility program for the District Prosecutor's Office and does not include service, technical rooms and sanitary facilities necessary for the functioning of the building, specified in technical conditions and other regulations, and which the Contractor must design under this contract) based on the approved architectural and spatial concept chosen jointly for the District Court and the District Prosecutor's Office from two concepts referred to in item 1). The design-cost documentation prepared must enable independent implementation and separate financing by the Court of the District Court building and by the Prosecutor's Office of the District Prosecutor's Office building. Therefore, it is required to obtain two independent decisions on the building permit or one building permit decision, which will allow the acceptance of buildings in stages and independent admission of buildings for use.

3) author's supervision over the construction of the District Prosecutor's Office building in Przysucha based on the documentation referred to in item 2).
