1. The subject of the order is the delivery of scientific equipment to the headquarters of the Institute of Electronic Materials in Warsaw at ul. Wólczyńska 133.
2. The subject of the order was divided by 14 Employers into 14 separate parts.
3. The subject of the contract includes:
a. Supply and transfer of ownership of equipment - (for lots No. 1-14);
b. Assembly, installation and commissioning of the device at the place indicated by the Employer - (regarding parts No. 1-11 and 13);
c. Employer's training in operation and maintenance for max. 3 persons within the deadline for completing the order indicated in Chapter V - (regarding parts 1-11 and 13).
