This is a framework agreement procurement for the construction and supervision services of skill structures.

The terms of the framework contract are set out in the tender documents. The procurement procedures for procurements based on a framework agreement are set out in the attached draft contract.

During this framework agreement (including a possible option year), purchases will be made for a maximum of EUR 800,000 (VAT 0%).

Through a framework agreement, the client acquires:

C. Supervision of construction work

D. Reception and commissioning tasks

E. Warranty Period Tasks

Through the framework agreement, the client also acquires the duties of a security coordinator and other unspecified project and expert tasks, as well as auxiliary tasks related to the project.
