Execution of construction and executive project reconstruction of the gas pipeline n/c with gas connections Strzelno St. Ducha 3376/2021
The subject of the contract is the development of formal-legal design documentation together with obtaining the final decision on the construction permit (construction project) and the development of technical documentation (executive project), as well as performing authorial supervision of the Investment for the intended construction under the name: “reconstruction of the gas pipeline n/c with connections in St. Ducha Street in Strzelno”, for the following scope:
1. Technical data:
1) object type: gas pipeline, connectors,
2) location: Strzelno St. Ducha Street,
3) network length: including gas pipeline 355m, connects 226m - 31pc. (the specified length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimated quantity and may change if formally and legal and/or environmental conditions change; the Contracting Authority shall allow an increase in the length of the gas pipeline by 1.5% within the Contractor's remuneration); whereby:
a) Material: PE,
b) diameter: 160,63,
c) pressure: low,
2. Detailed scope of work:
1) execution of construction project, executive project, traffic organization project, pavement restoration project and object of works:
a) gas pipeline n/c dn 160 PE L=355 m,
b) connectors n/c dn 63 PE L=226 m, pcs 31
hereinafter referred to as the Project
2) obtaining all required opinions, licences and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, from the competent authority, the final decision
for a construction permit or to make a notification on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Party an intention to commence construction works or construction which does not require obtaining a building permit,
3) execution of investor cost estimates,
4) exercise of copyright supervision involving five one-time copyright supervision benefits,
5) registration of the Construction Log.
