a. Supporting the Client in determining the optimal structuring of the transaction, in light of the 50% ownership share
b. Developing and executing an optimal strategy for serving and dealing with the ROFO
c. Constructing a bespoke cashflow to be used in appraising disposal options and adapted for marketing purposes
d. Providing the Client with information and financial analytics required to secure their relevant approvals to the proposed disposal.
e. Working with the appointed legal and tax advisors to establish the optimal tax and governance structure, in light of the 50% ownership share
Exact scope of services to be agreed and determined following instruction. Services envisaged for a project of this nature include;
a. Document Review -review key technical and legal documentation that is provided to it .
b. Property Inspection - carry out an inspection of each Property in a single visit, subject to any restrictions imposed by the Client/occupier and any safety considerations.
