1. The subject of this order is the delivery of mobile sets, i.e.: laptops with additional equipment (including a docking station).

1.1. The scope of the basic order includes the delivery of 50 pieces of mobile sets.

1.2. Right of option: The Purchaser provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option. As part of the right of option, the Ordering Party may purchase additionally, during the term of the contract and under the same conditions as in the basic order, up to 50 pieces of mobile sets. Placing an order under the option right will take place within 4 months from the conclusion of the contract.

Under the option law, the Contracting Authority may fulfill part or all of the scope of the contract covered by the right option (optional order).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the required parameters of the devices, is included in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.

2. The Ordering Party requires that the delivery of the subject of the contract be made during the term of the contract, i.e. within 7 months from the date of its conclusion, whereby it is required that the delivery:

- the subject of the contract under the basic order was completed within 50 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

- the batch of the subject of the contract under the option right was carried out within 50 working days from the placing of the order for a given lot.

Placing an order under the option right will take place within 4 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
