The contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020. Action: 7.1 Development of intelligent energy storage, transmission and distribution systems. Priority axis: VII Improvement of energy security under the Co-financing Agreement no. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction, reconstruction and commissioning of the gas network as part of Stage II.1 of the Project "Construction of a gas network in the Warsaw Agglomeration".

Stage II.1 provides for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a medium-pressure gas network in the area of Kolektorska, Kaskadowa, Gdańska, Oksywska, Słowiańska, Chlewińska, Kościańska, Hłaski in m.st Warsaw – Bielany District, consisting in particular in the reconstruction of existing steel sections of the low-pressure gas network into a medium-pressure polyethylene network using the relining method, the controlled press method and the excavation method opened with the adaptation of the modernized network to work at medium pressure.

A detailed description of the contract of the subject of the Agreement and the Contractor's obligations includes:

1) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement;

2) Technical Conditions Technical Conditions No. OIU-IW/G/206/2016 of 15.07.2016. and Technical Conditions No PSGWA. ZMSM.763.311.21.G. of 06.10.2021 constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement;

3) The project of Tech-Instal together with the decision on the building permit and the replacement documentation of Gaz Media Projekt, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Agreement;

4) Technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Agreement.

Order completion date:

a) the deadline for technical acceptance 8 months counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement,

b) the deadline for completion of the final acceptance of works 11 months counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the content of the SWZ and the announcement, including changing the dates contained therein. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(.c) of the PPL Act.
